Unbelivable church ST. Johns BAPTIST AND EVANGELISTThe foundation stone of the three-aisled church was laid in 1467. Remarkable interior: 13 round pillars, reticulated vaulting with a star-shaped figuration, ten side chapels with late Gothic and Baroque frescoes, a two-floor sacristy, a larger-than-life sized Colossal God dating from 1522 as well as two life-sized wooden statues of both church patrons at the side of the high altar. The church is considered to be one of the most important late Gothic sacred buildings in Bavaria.
